Mike Norman
President
Mike Norman is President of Norman & Associates representing Dale Carnegie Training® in Minnesota, Western Wisconsin, and Iowa. Mike joined Dale Carnegie Training over 37 years ago and he has helped executives and leaders in the upper Midwest focus their visions and build their organizations. During his time with Dale Carnegie Training, Mike has facilitated over 3,000 talks, workshops, and training courses specializing in leadership and management training, strategic selling skills, high impact presentations, and building high performance teams. He has recently facilitated training for clients such as Conwed Plastics, Ryan Companies, Hormel, and Jennie-O Foods. Mike has earned recognition as a recipient of the Sales & Marketing Executives "Outstanding Service" and "Business Executive of the Year" Awards. Currently Norman & Associates is one of the top 5 Dale Carnegie franchises for the large markets in the world. Mike is an active volunteer in the Twin Cities community. He served on the Board of Directors of Sales & Marketing Executives of Mpls/St. Paul for 5 years and was President in 1986-87. He is a past President and Board Member of Edina Rotary Club and past Board Member of the Eden Prairie Foundation. He served on the Board of Trustees of Fairview Southdale Hospital for 18 years and was Chair of the Board in 2004-06. Mike is a graduate of Minnesota State University of Mankato with a B.S. in Accounting. Mike is certified in all Dale Carnegie curriculum areas specializing in executive leadership development and coaching. He enjoys golf, fishing for walleyes and spending time with family and friends at his lake home on Bay Lake. He makes his home in the Twin Cities with his wife, Karen. Karen and Mike have two married children, Matt and Katie, and twin grandsons Luke and Andrew.

Teri Fairchild
Area Manager - Eastern Iowa
Teri Fairchild is Area Manager for Dale Carnegie Training within the Eastern Iowa area. Teri is a professional in the area of sales, employee development and training. Teri has built a reputation for excellence in the sales, service and delivery of Dale Carnegie products in Eastern Iowa. She supports organizations in facilitating change and uses a blend of accelerated learning techniques as she teaches employees to lead, supervise, build teams, manage conflict, communicate effectively, make presentations, assert themselves and create winning customer service. She conducts training in global organizations identifying and determining their training needs. She consults with local organizations such as John Deere, Archer Daniels Midland, Hy-Vee, Lyondell, Von Maur, Rock Island Arsenal, McKesson and Alcoa. Before joining Dale Carnegie, Teri had a successful sixteen-year career at the Telegraph Herald where she held positions ranging from outside sales representative to Advertising Director. Teri is active at St. Columbkille parish in Dubuque, IA, where she is the director of the Adult Choir. Teri holds a bachelor's degree from Loras College and resides in Dubuque, Iowa with her husband Riley and their children. Teri is certified in all Dale Carnegie curriculum areas.

Nicole Martin
Training Consultant - Eastern Iowa
Nicole Martin is a Training Consultant for Dale Carnegie Training within the Eastern Iowa area. Nicole is a professional in the area of presentation training, customer service and sales training. Nicole has built a reputation for excellence in the sale and delivery of Dale Carnegie products in Eastern Iowa. Nicole is active in the Davenport One Chamber of Commerce, and is active in her church. Nicole holds a bachelor's degree from DeVry University and resides in Davenport, Iowa with her husband Tim. Nicole is certified in the Dale Carnegie Course and Sales Advantage programs.
